Welcome to Handelsdagarna 2019!

As a company you are the core of this fair and we seek to provide you with the best experience possible. Following we have provided some useful information for the fair which will help you to get the most out of Handelsdagarna. 

Company host

Your company host will greet you when you arrive, help you get settled before the fair opens at 10 a.m. and assist you throughout the day. All of this, to give you the best possible experience during your time at Handelsdagarna!

Information Desk

Location: Next to the main entrance of the exhibition area

Opens at: 07.15 a.m

At your arrival please check in at the desk. Do not hesitate to contact the Information Desk with questions during the fair.

Practical Information

Company Lounge/Bonnier room (520); this is where all company representatives will have the opportunity to relax throughout the day.

Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Lunch will be served in the Company lounge as well (four 40 minutes seatings starting at 11:30 a.m.). A schedule has been sent out with information about your time of lunch seating.

Interview Sessions

If you have signed up for Interview Sessions the time-slot for each interview is 30 minutes. However, many students have several interviews scheduled, so please make sure that the interview is no longer than 25 minutes, to give the candidates the opportunity to make their way to their next interview in time. For more information please check your Individual schedule that has been sent out by email.

Elevator Pitch

A schedule has been sent out with what time you should attend the Elevator Pitch if you have chosen to take part.

Place: Room 550

Time to present: 90 seconds. Please note that the presentation must be held in English.


The banquet of Handelsdagarna 2019 will take place in the Grand Hall of SSE, Holländargatan 32. The evening begins with drinks at 6:30 pm followed by a three-course meal and lots of entertainment. After the banquet it’s time for the official after party, which will take place in the Rotunda, one of the Student Association premises at SSE. Entrance to the after party is included in your ticket to the banquet.
